Pastor Ronnie L. Holt Jr. is the Senior Pastor & Founder of the Abundant Grace Community Church in Smithville, Texas. Pastor Holt is a native of Memphis, Tennessee, born to the late Ronnie L. Holt Sr. and Brenda J. Holt in June of 1976. He attended White Station H.S. and Southern Baptist Seminary Extensions.  He is married to his best friend and partner in ministry Pastor Lenora W. Holt and father of two children Naquasha S. Riser (Jarvis Riser) and Larry McGarity. Pastor Holt also has two beautiful granddaughters Giselle Riser and Emery Riser.

Pastor Holt has been serving in ministry for more than 30 years. He began his Christian journey at the New Era Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Sampson Townsend Sr., where he accepted Christ at the age of 9 and preached his first public sermon at age 16. In 2011 Pastor Holt was elected Senior Pastor of the Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church in Smithville, Texas where he served God’s people faithfully for five years. Pastor hearing a word from God in October of 2016 formed the Abundant Grace Community Church.

Pastor Holt has a passion for ministry, God’s people and strives to lead with excellence. You will often hear him say “We are striving to be a five star church with a first class ministry”. Pastor Holt is a teacher/preacher who desires to reach all he can with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
